Please be considerate of your fellow convention goers and the regular hotel patrons by not being too loud during the various convention activities.
Many people are “camera shy”. Please be considerate of others before taking a snapshot by asking first. It’s always a good idea to get the photo subject’s permission as well if your intention is to later post that picture to a website or social networking site.

Anyone caught shoplifting or stealing will be removed from the convention without refund. Local law enforcement may also be called. Please notify convention Staff if you suspect someone of this activity.
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel. Please step outside and use the hotel’s designated smoking areas.
Ancient City Con Staff & Volunteers are present to help assist you at the convention. Each convention area will have a member of Staff present to assist with attendees. Look for the black badges indicating Staff members and their names.
If you see any trash, please pick it up and dispose of it in a waste container. Help us keep the convention and hotel areas clean so that it will be available for future conventions to come. Try to leave an area you have used in better condition than you found it as someone else will probably be using it after you. If an area is trashed or vandalized please notify an Ancient City Con Staff member.

All metal weapons (blunt or sharp) are prohibited. “Peace Bonded” weapons are not allowed.
