All pricing includes 6% sales tax.

(All pre-registration, dealer & artist booking, & advertising fees must be received before the pre-registration deadline of 07/19/08)

Attendee Pre-Registration

Admission:

Adult Attendee 2 Day Pass = $15.00

Adult Saturday Only = $10.00

Adult Sunday Only = $7.00

Children age 10 and under 2 Day Pass = $10.00

Children age 10 and under Saturday only = $7.50

Children age 10 and under Sunday only = $5.00

Children age 5 and under = Free

T- Shirt Pre-order:

(NOTE: Only XL and 2XL sizes will be available for sale at the convention.)

Size Small through XL = $10.00

2XL = $12.00

3XL = $13.00

Other Pre-Registration Discounts: (Discounts cannot be combined.)

Gamemaster Pre-registration Discount:

2 Day Pass $10.00 = if running games in 3 or more game sessions.

2 Day Pass FREE!!! = if running games in 5 or more game sessions.

Panelist Discount:

NOTE: Please email Ancient City Con Staff first at ancient_con@yahoo.com, before registering for this discount, as all panels are subject to prior approval.

$10.00 = if running 4 or more different panels or workshops.

Dealer & Artist Alley Booking

(Dealer and Artist booking prices are for the entire 2 day convention. Single day only tables are not available. There is a separate registration form for Dealers & Artists that must be signed and sent in with any/all payment.)

Initial Setup (required) = $70.00

Initial Setup includes: (1) 10’x8 ‘space, (1) 6’ table, (2) Chairs, (1) 2 Day Pass, A website link from our website to yours. Tables may be un-skirted at your request.

Dealer Space Options:

Additional 2 Day pass = $15.00

Additional 6’ table = $10.00

Additional 10’ x 8’ space (empty) = $60.00

Program Book Advertising Fees

(NOTE: Each paid attendee receives a program book with their admission badge at no additional cost)

¼ page (approx. 2”x2.6” “Business card size”) = $10.00

½ page (approx 4”x5.25”) = $15.00

Full Page (approx. 8.25”x5.25”) = $20.00

Door Price Admission (Day of the convention, at the door)
