Exhibitor Application Information:

-
The review process for applications this year will begin in late October, and we will not be sending out responses until November 1st. If you haven't seen an email response before, don't panic.
-
After November 1st, applications will be reviewed upon receipt, but it may take SEVEN TO TEN DAYS for you to receive a reply.
-
Your invoiced price will increase by $25 if it is not paid in full within 90 days of receipt.
-
Each booth space will come with 2 free weekend vendor badges. Additional badges can be purchased in advance, or additional vendor wristbands can be purchased at the event. (Additional vendor passes ordered less than 2 weeks before the event will receive wristbands instead of badges.)
-
Booths will be provided with one table, two chairs, and a table covering. More of each may be available upon request during set-up. You are not required to use the materials provided by us; you are welcome to bring your own and set up your booth any way you'd like, as long as it fits inside your allotted space.
-
We always encourage vendors to purchase more than one booth to reduce the number of "stores" present at the event.
-
Once billed, all vendor and artist invoices are due upon receipt.
-
No refunds will be issued once an invoice has been paid (or partially paid) unless the event is canceled.
-
Booth assignments are made by the Vendor Coordinator and are subject to change up to the day of the event.
-
Booth assignments and load-in details will be emailed about one week before the event, but you should expect to have the opportunity to begin vendor load-in on Thursday afternoon. (The expected schedule is posted HERE.)
-
Wireless internet is available at the venue, but the convention center may charge a fee for use. (They never have in the past, but things can always change.)
-
Electricity may be available near your booth, but it is not guaranteed. Bring your own extension cord and tape, and we will help you locate a power outlet if there is one nearby.
-
Parking for this event is free.
