Ancient City Con volunteers will be expected to sign up and work at least one shift between Thursday, September 12th, 2024, and Monday, September 16th, 2024.  Volunteers will have a variety of tasks that will be assigned at the show.

 

Signing up for one shift entitles you to a one-day pass to attend the show for the portion of the day that you are not working.  Signing up for two shifts will get you a free weekend pass, and 3 or more time slots will get you a t-shirt and a weekend pass for the times you are not working.
 

All Volunteers will need to be available for a morning volunteer meeting on the day of their shift.  This meeting is MANDATORY.

As a volunteer, you will need to provide information to our Volunteer Coordinator and it is in your best interest to keep this information up-to-date. Any changes or updated information can be sent to the email provided to you in your acceptance letter.

 

Specific times, tasks, and other Volunteer info will be emailed out closer to the show date as they are set.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • All Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
     

  • Identifying garments will be provided and must be worn at all times when volunteering so that vendors, artists, security, and guests can recognize you as a volunteer.
     

  • There will be a MANDATORY Volunteer meeting every morning Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Times for those meetings will be communicated well in advance so you can plan.
